So, how does all this work?

It is my goal to make wedding planning as simple as I can for my clients, so I use programs that are easy to use that most people are already familiar with. And while our consultations will be pivotal during our process, keeping me in the loop with your vendor email conversations and contracts—signed or not—and checking your email for my consultation follow-ups (which are uh-mazing for keeping the planning conversation going!) is important. It’s how you’ll get the most out of your planning experience with me. I handle email on a daily basis, and I invest time and love into being detail-oriented, on top of it, light-hearted, and visual with my email communication to all of my clients (that’s you!)

Tools I use to plan weddings:

• Email

• Google Sheets and Google Docs

• Zoom

• AllSeated

• Pinterest

• The good, old-fashioned telephone for phone calls and texting

“Why don’t you offer "‘day-of coordination?’”

I used to. What I found is that jumping in last-minute doesn’t give me the time with clients I need to glean important information regarding their vendors, plans, and wishes before they need to be executed. The last thing I want on my client’s wedding day is to bother them with questions or rising issues they didn’t see coming that could have been answered or prevented long before the wedding, had I been involved months prior. Bottom line: I believe that the few hundred dollars couples save by hiring day-of coordinators who haven't been working with them all along are not worth the mistakes that they often make the day of that compromise the quality of the overall wedding experience.

Wedding Coordination ~ $3650

This package includes everything a coordinator does and more. I don’t just coordinate your vendors so things run on schedule…I jump in wherever needed to make sure every problem gets resolved, no task goes undone, and all vendors, guests, brides and grooms are happy. I will be the first to arrive for set up on the wedding day and the last to leave after tear down.

• We will have 3 virtual consultations (1-3 hours long), plus 1 in-person consultation at your venue.

• You will have communication access to me via email, phone, and text.

• You will have access to my Preferred Vendors List, the discounts those vendors offer, and I will offer advice as you choose your team.

• You will be given a personalized 12-month Wedding Planning Check-List to follow on your own.

• I will help you design your personalized wedding itinerary, floor plans, and seating charts.

• I will confirm with your vendors the week before your wedding to make sure everything is set to go!

• I will be available to help troubleshoot last-minute details.

• I will coordinate your rehearsal with your officiant and wedding party.

• Of course, I will be at your venue bright and early to oversee your entire wedding day. You're in great hands.

• I will come prepared to troubleshoot with my Emergency Kit on the day of the wedding, containing over 100 items.

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination ~ $6500

- We will have monthly phone consultation check-in’s (1-2 hours long) starting up to 18 months prior to your wedding date.

- We’ll meet in person up to 3 times, including once at your venue. You’ll get to choose when and how we spend these meetings.

- You will be given a personalized 12-month Wedding Planning Check-List, which we will go over during our consultations.

- You will have access to me via phone, email, and text.

- You will have access to my Preferred Vendors List, and the discounts that they offer.

- I will help you research and choose your venues and vendors.

- I will be coordinating and collaborating with your vendors to ensure they have the information they need to do their jobs.

- I will help you create and manage your Wedding Budget.

- I will save you time by researching and designing cohesive decor ideas.

- Vendor payment reminders.

- I will help you design your personalized wedding itineraries, floor plans, planning spreadsheets, and seating charts.

- I will confirm with your vendors and wedding party the week of your wedding to make sure we are all set to go!

- I'll coordinate your rehearsal with your officiant and wedding party.

- Of course, I'll be at your venue bright and early to oversee your entire wedding day. Trust me, you're in great hands.

- I will come prepared to troubleshoot with my Emergency Kit on the day of the wedding, containing over 100 items.

- I am here to advise you on every question you will have along the way, and make your wedding dreams come true!
